My wife went to this store and purchased a Madison 6600 Pencil Poster bed from this company using and they had to order it. They were supposed to call us when the bed came in, but never did. We called them over a week later and said yeah it was there and that they tried to call me cell phone and did not leave a message. They stated "most people return phone calls from their caller id". So, I went to get the bed and picked it up and took it home. When we tried to put it together the brackets did not match. I called them and they said they would get the right ones. He told me to come in tomorrow and they should be there. So I drove from downtown and went there and they said "I told you I would call you when the items got here and they are not here yet." I explained that we lived no where close and asked if they could just ship us the brackets. His response was "I'm not paying $30 to ship those! And I'm not driving all the way to your home to deliver them." I asked why not, I said you gave me the wrong hardware! He stated it was not his fault it was the namufacturer's! So, I told him I just want to return the bed, he stated "We do not take returns." This is not posted anywhere in their store! So, I said there and was thinking and said "well" and he got jumpy and said "Well, What!" Very Rude and unprofessional! So I came back that night and got the brackets and low and behold those were the wrong ones too! And they still won't ship it and I have to keep driving 30 miles until those fools get it right! I would stay away from this store if you value service. They told me they had just opened and this is how they treat one of their first customers? I would not buy my dog a bed there and I would have paid an extra $1000 for a bed to stay away from service like that!
