"The fireplace valve had been eliminated during previous work done by others. I went out of my way to get the gas situation corrected for addition of Home Generator, The nat gas provider took months to get anything scheduled,and I had to wait 4 days for gas provider to make correct,in order to complete the generator installation. Also this customer did not include the fact that it was during a string of days where the temperature was 10° outside! I did everything I promised in the estimate and then some. In the end,I.made sure everything was correct and working,the line to gas fireplace had been out of use for a long time and had nothing to do with any work she paid for involving the Generator installation. The work was completed in 2019,not Feb 2, 2020 as she has indicated."
