This was a colossal mess. My HVAC system was not shut off before construction began. My entire home had a thick layer of drywall dust. They ruined both my vacuums sweeping up drywall, used my personal ladder then stole it, drank our pop without asking, used our tools from the garage. Furniture and floors were not protected. I told the manager of the job but he never physically came to my house to see the work until time for payment. The whole family was coughing and had burning eyes from the dust. Job lasted 2 weeks longer than was supposed to. I have over 100 pictures showing damages and proving things he lied about. Worst experience ever.

We hired Eagle Home Restorations on 5/1/17 to renovate the two bedroom/one bath house we purchased in March. We were originally told it would take 6-8 weeks. As of 11/13/17 (over 28 weeks later), the house had only been demoed, new drywall had been put up, the bathroom had been framed, and there was new plumbing and new electrical in part of the house. The bathroom still needed to be tiled and sink/vanity, toilet and fixtures installed, the walls needed to be sanded after drywall was installed, the kitchen cabinets needed to be installed in addition to the installation of smaller items such as doors, light fixtures, outlets, etc. We were told many times that the delay was due to having trouble finding good subcontractors and having to fire several this year. Our assumption is that the company simply couldn't (or didn't want) to work on or complete the remodel due to having other jobs which were priority. The subcontractors which were hired by Eagle used our own personal tools (hammers, gloves, masks, hack saw blades), used wood we bought for a fence post to hold up the ceiling after tearing a wall down, framed in a new closet incorrectly so the closet doors that were ordered (after given the measurements by Eagle) didn't fit, installed new wiring but it had to be redone by another electrician, among other things. We were just very disappointed in the level of response we received from Eagle in addition to the project taking more than three times what was originally estimated. Anytime Eagle asked for progress payments, we paid them. The only delay was having to get an HVAC company out to redo the duct work which delayed Eagle two weeks in September. On 11/13/17, we ended up having to find a new contractor who finished our home in three weeks.

Pretty good. The reason I say pretty good, is the workers were great , except the first carpenter they sent in. My husband had to show that guy how to put baseboard in, but they ended up sending in a better carpenter to do the job. The manager got upset with me, saying I changed the design, but I did not change the design after the contract was signed. They went back to the original design when we first started talking, but the design they gave me on paper at the time of the signing of the contract was not the same. I was okay with the new design and just went with it. In the same conversation he also accused my son of holding up the project, by insisting the jetted tub be tested before it was installed, but it wasn't my son doing the insisting , it was the plumber. I did not appreciate the accusation. The project manager (his son) apologized for him, but he did not apologize. His son said he was moving to Florida and having personal issues. Workers had to come back a few times to correct a few issues. If they say they will clean your carpet or correct any nicks on your trim and door, they won't, they just take money off the total money owed. I am happy with the final product.

I would tell others that the work was fantastic, they showed up on time, perfect.

It all went smoothly and professionally. We are so pleased we are currently awaiting proposals on other work. I recommend Eagle Home Restorations with no hesitations.

Not sure what is meant by dos and don'ts.
The work was completed in good time and it looked good.
The workers were professional and very nice to deal with.
The general manager went out of his way to please me with a different and better quality awning over my door when I didn't like the first one that was installed.

I would recommend Eagle Home Restoration to anyone!  My roof was damaged with one of the recent hail storms and I called them to come check it out.  They came out the next day and got on my roof and confirmed there was hail damage.  Everything went as plan and they did great work.  They are focused on customer service and going above and beyond to make the customer happy with the end result.  Thank you again and would highly recommend them!

Works arrived on time and according to scheduled date.  The roof was completed before I even arrived home for work.

Early March 2015, the gutter on the north side of our 2 story home filled with ice and the weight pulled it down, damaging gutter, fascia and soffit. One end crashed to the ground & the other was barely hanging on, just above our electrical, phone & cable lines. This happened on Friday & I called a couple of places, including Eagle, late that afternoon. Gentleman named Matt contacted us, said he couldn't get there until the next week, but asked us to send him photos. He arranged for one of his contractors to stop by on Saturday to give us a preliminary estimate. He was leaving town for a job on Monday, so he took care of the urgent work on Sunday. They took down old gutter that was full of ice and repaired fascia & soffit. Work was good quality & obviously a big relief for us.
Several days later, Eagle had another contractor install new gutter to complete the job. We definitely would recommend Matt at Eagle and use them again.

Good.  Painters did great job but we not good about showing up when they said they wood.

Steve was very helpful and professional.  His crews were on the job on time and took very few brakes.  They were hard workers and made "mince-meat" out of the other construction companies that were working on homes in our area.  One of those companies was still working on the house across the street a week after Eagle's crew had finished ours.  Steve did very well at working with our insurance company to get our maximum coverage for the storm damage we received.  He also did the same job at my mother's home next door to me and everything was done excellently.  All of the neighbors were so impressed with the work they did on my house that three other homes around us has decided to go with Eagle for their repairs.  I would certainly use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.  They also went above and beyond to make sure the work area was cleaned up when they were finished.

I did not spend anything with them because it was an insurance job. They were quick and they did a pretty good job. They cleaned up well when they left but I did not do a bunch of shopping around for the price of such service. The quality of their work was also fine.

Once the insurance came through, they came instantly and got it done.

We live on a side of town that was hit by the hail storm. We found this company through a friend that had a good experience and asked for an estimate. Mark Fasel was prompt and profesional. He came at the agreed apon time and did a detailed inspection of the damage. He told us that he would have a quote to us in one buisness day and kept his promise. The work began on the day he said it would and they were able to complete the job in one day. A manager was on site periodically through the day and knocked on the door to explain what stage the project was in. The yard was cleaned up as the tear off happened and during the shingle application. We have had no problems to this point and would recommend this company.

Returned phone calls were professional in workmanship, cleaned up job site; excellent after having the gutters only one week. Tree limb fell and they came back out within 1 week and fixed the damage.

It went very quickly, they were very neat, and cleaned up thoroughly.

I had heard of them from a friend so I checked them out on the better business bureau, then again on Angie's list. They showed up for the estimate when they said they would be there. They met with my insurance company and got them to increase the amount of my hail damage claim at no charge to me. They also gave me a free upgrade to designer shingles at no extra cost. Mike Fasel called and told me when the materials would be arriving and I asked if they would place them away from my garage as to still have access and they did. I was very specific on no trash falling on my flower beds and they did a wonderful job. The roofing, siding, and gutters look amazing and I am very satisfied. I would and have recommended them to everyone I know.... Great job guys!!!!!

This was a horrible experience from start to finish. At first the siding was incomplete, however they did come back to resolve that problem. The vents were left open and they replaced the covers on my vents at 9:30pm. The color on the gutters doesn't match because my home is mustard and the gutters are ivory. They didn't attach the cable box and left my yard a complete mess. I'm still having to pick everything up in my yard. Their employees urinated on the side of my home and garden and they broke the fence trying to get in, which my husband already fixed. I wouldn't use this company again or recommend them to others and still want them to do something right with regards to my gutter, cleaning up my yard, and the garden & side of home they urinated on. They bothered a few of my neighbors and I think the owner of Eagle Home Restorations should apologize to them for that as well.
