Concrete Repair
He subcontracted the work out even though he was supposed to be doing it himself. The people who poured the concrete apparently added too much water to the mix and it caused the concrete to bubble and crack and there are places where there are gaps between the patio and the house. The owner and the contractor agreed that the work was done incorrectly and offered to install slate to fix the problem but I didn't want that because it would only be a temporary solution. I asked him to remove the concrete and he said he didn't want to but he eventually agreed to remove it and said he would be out the next week to remove it. He has yet to come back out and he is not returning my calls.
