He went above and beyond duty. If he saw something that needed to be done, he would address it. He obtained parts and equipment at discounted prices. He did all that he could do to save us money. He also cleaned our furnace as well and provide valuable information. He redid a bathroom job that was done wrong. He did it all. The house looks better than it has in a long time.
