They were very happy , arrive on time, clean after themselves, He took the old dishwasher and he moved somethings around for them while he was here.

Dixon offered a very competitive price for replumbing our whole house remodel. They were always polite and responsive to concerns and there was a "lead" plumber I dealt with who was on site. This was a multiple stage project (demo, installation of pex, mounting fixtures) and they were very flexible in working around other contractors and a bit of a shifting landscape as the project wore on. There were a few minor issues that they came back to fix after we moved in - no questions asked. We have subsequently used them for other small jobs such as a new sump pump.

Dixon is very professional and does good work at a fair price. After a faucet installation, I had a small leak in the drain that they came back and repaired quickly. I've used other plumbers as well and Dixon seems to be alot more reasonable with their prices. I'd definitely use them again!

Dixon Plumbing has done work for us before but this is the 2nd time they have responded to an emergency and made everything RIGHT in no time at all. They are a Top Notch Company!!!

They are always so helpful no matter which service person we get.  This was a small job but last year they replaced all the old lead pipes inside the crawlspace - never complaining. At a very reasonable price.  Will never call anyone else.

We needed a new R/O system because some parts of our old one were taken during restoration period. Dixon Plumbing was hired by Moore to install us a R/O system. After ten times of flush/refill/flush, the R/O system still produces carbon in the water. We wouldn't want drink carbon particles every single cup of water. They came in and took a sample of water... Six weeks later, we still cannot use the R/O system and we still been waiting for response. I called Dixon again. Rudest person I have ever talked to in my life!!! First, he asked what I want from him. Easy enough answer, I want a working system. He made it clear up front there is no way he will take away the system or get me a new one. At max, he can try to order a new carbon filter. I said that is fine as long as it fixes the problem. I asked when I can call back to check when the carbon filter can be ready. He went after me saying there is no way he committed any time to me. And he installed for Moore not for me. In other words, it's more stupidest mistake to allow them to install R/O system for me. 
Could it be worse of an experience? We had enough problems during the fire restoration. I am still trying to be nice and patient. But Dixon was completely rude and unprofessional. Ultimately it was you guys put in a faulty system and even though your report comes out fine, you should have notified me instead of keeping me in dark for another six weeks. Besides, I am not going to drink water with tons of carbon in there only because your report says fine. 
This is not such a big problem ultimately. it could have been easily addressed by being responsive and maybe just a carbon filter will be the solution. Now it turns into a disgusting fight back to me when I was totally not prepared for when I just called. Playing rude did stop me from pursing getting the carbon filter from Dixon. i will go back order my favorite R/O system from US water systems with a way cheaper price but much better premium quality. And the best of all is, I don't need to call them for issues because there will be none. 
 How do you stay in business when treating your customers like this? Oh wait, I am not your customer, Moore is. I am disappointed with Moore for hiring them. I had no choice.

The plumber arrived promptly and completed the job within a couple of hours. He did a good job of cleaning up. They could not give a precise estimate of the cost until the wall section was removed. Instead, they gave me a range, depending on what they found. I was pleasantly surprised that the bill was at the low end of that range.

Service was excellent and the customer service was outstanding. Called today 5/31/14 to replace a water heater. They will be out Monday morning. Friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Doug was a great communicator and got my business again.

The plummer scheduled that morning for earlier afternoon. I was home by 1and he came around 2. I lead him to the basement. It was discovered that he left the door open and my cat got out. He helped look for the cat. When he set out the water heater I noticed a dent about the size of a golf ball. I wanted it replace rather than take a discount. The plummer went back and got a different heater. He got back around 4 and finished around 6:30. He checked all the facets for water return when the main valve was turned back on.
At 930, I tried the hot water and did not have any. The plummer came back out and could not find anything wrong with the heater or install. He then shut the water off to my washer and the hot water came on in all the other facets. He said a solenoid switch on my washer was causing the problem. They arrived in about 35 minutes after my call to the office. They surveyed the damage and quickly got to work because it was a minor repair. When they were done they offered to put my ladder away and wrote me a very reasonable bill for the work. I was very satisfied with the quick and efficient repair.

We were experiencing periodic leaks from the overflow tube/pressure relief valve in our Bradford White water heater that was installed by Dixon plumbing about a year or so ago. I bought an extended warranty (which Dixon plumbing handled well on a separate visit and replaced the heating elements). This time a plumber came out and found that the water heater was actually working properly and that I had been getting spikes in my water pressure from 80 - 100 psi. Since there was no defect with the water heater there was nothing to be done under the warranty. To remedy the problem, they suggested installing a PRV in the main water line coming in to the house. This was installed at the factory setting of 50 PSI and we were charged $265 (split between parts and labor). After the plumber left, we found the water pressure in our bathrooms, kitchen, etc., much too low so after a few days, we called Kevin Dixon and explained the issue. He sent a plumber out to adjust the PRV to the maximum level of 70 PSI -- with no additional charge -- and that fixed the problem. Kevin was very professional over the phone each time I have talked with him.

The install went well without any problems.

Dixon Plumbing was recommended by my kitchen cabinet installer. When we removed my old cabinets, we discovered that the stove had a gas hookup in addition to the electric. Dixon Plumbing removed the portion of the gas line that stuck outside the wall and capped the gas line inside the wall ($105). The individual was very friendly, able to give an estimate on the spot and also perform the work the same day. Later that month, they came in a installed a separate water connection for the refrigerator ice maker as the old kitchen set up did not have one. All work was done in a professional way and also done very quickly.

Kevin told me what time he would be at my house (approximately 8:30 a.m.) and actually got there a little earlier and started working immediately upon his arrival. He had to cut a hole in my kitchen ceiling with minimal mess, and after removing the older pipe and trying to replace it he found he didn't have the right size of pipe. He went to Lowe's to get what he needed and wasted no time in returning. Kevin was very courteous, quick, thorough, and cleaned up after himself. He charged me exactly what the estimate was, and I would certainly use him again. I would not hesitate recommending him to anyone.

The plumber called when he was on his way to our house to advise us of his time of arrival. He was very efficient, explained thoroughly the problem(s), and his work has been outstanding.

Kevin was extremely nice. He did a very professional job and even let my husband watch and fixed the heater so that my husband could do maintenance in the future on his own. It was a great experience and we will use Kevin in the future.
