DINETTE LAND

Ordered a large wood table and 8 chairs from the Greenwood location. We had purchased from the North Indy store 3 previous times and had a good experience, so expected the same at this store. Our table and chairs had to be ordered and we waited about 10-12 weeks for the table to be delivered. When the table and chairs arrived the chairs were supposed to be "white" and they were actually more yellow or very cream colored. The table also had a scratch on it right out of the box. The delivery guy agreed it was scratched, took pictures and also tried buffing it to see if it would help. He called the store manager, Denis Lekic who also sold it to us, explained the issue and we had said we would accept a discount or a replacement of the table top (the part with the scratch). Denis said he would not offer a discount and I said I paid over $2,000 for this table and expect it to be free from scratches when I get it! Denis agreed to replace the top and my invoice was signed by the delivery guy stating a replacement top would be ordered and delivered. I waited patiently for a call for the replacement top. I finally contacted Denis Lekic 3 times to get no response back about my replacement top. I consider this unethical and unprofessional and will never do business with this company again. I tell everyone I know not to buy from this store. They cannot be trusted to keep their word or deliver quality products.
