I HAD TO ORDER THE CHANDELIER, AND THEY DID NOT EVEN REQUIRE A DEPOSIT (UNLIKE ANOTHER LIGHTING STORE). THEY CALLED ME WITHIN A WEEK TO LET ME KNOW THE CHANDELIER WAS IN, THEY THEN CAME OUT THE VERY NEXT DAY TO INSTALL THE CHANDELIER. THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY COURTEOUS. THEY EVEN PROVIDED SEVERAL LIGHT BULBS! I WILL DEFINITELY USE THEM AGAIN.

THEY WERE PROMPT ON ARRIVAL, AND EASY TO SCHEDULE. THE GLASS GLOBES FOR THE CEILING FAN LIGHT KIT DID NOT FIT DUE TO A MANUFACTURING DEFECT, BUT THEY OFFERED TO GIVE ME SOME TEMPORARY ONES UNTIL THE NEW ONES CAME IN. EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH!
