After installation we discovered a leak coming from the external pipe that runs down the front of the water heater. Mr Reid came back out X2 trying different things but it still leaked. I looked at the manual and it said that another pipe needed to be connected to that one going to a drain. He came back, did that, and no further problems. He was very responsive, cleaned up after himself, but I felt that he didn't have the prior experience to do the job.

He has done a few jobs for me. We had a leak in the shower in the bathroom. It backed up into a closet. He had to tear up a wall and replace it. It is very good. He also replaced some wood around a bow window we have. We felt that his price was reasonable at that time. We were happy with his work. He was quick. He works on his own. He lives in the south side somewhere.
