Went very well. They worked for 2-3 days in extremely hot weather to complete the job. It is beautiful and many neighbors have commented on it. I would love to use them again for a couple of other jobs in the future.

It is, if I do say so myself, the envy of the entire neighborhood. He did an outstanding job. He warned me, that it might crack, it has now gone through a winter. I was out there this morning and it still looks terrific with no signs of cracking. Only downside, this company is very busy, that it might take awhile to get an estimate and then get scheduled for work, but other than that, I was very pleased.

Very knowledgeable. They gave us a lot of help with the design.

Initial process to determine what was to be done and the price was fairly quick. Starting was delayed for several weeks due to weather. Once process started it went very smoothly and was completed in the timeframe estimated. Kenneth Dean was very easy to work with.

THIS WAS A VERY PROFESSIONALLY MANAGED PROJECT. EVERY SINGLE PERSON WE INTERACTED WITH WAS HELPFUL AND PLEASANT. THE WHOLE PROJECT ONLY TOOK 2 DAYS. THE CLEAN-UP AFTER THE JOB WAS COMPLETED WAS GREAT, THEY EVEN HOSED DOWN THE STREET BEFORE THEY LEFT! I WAS ASKED NUMEROUS TIMES DURING THE PROJECT IF I WAS SATISFIED WITH THEIR WORK AND I WAS CONSULTED DURING THE PROJECT TO ENSURE THAT CORRECT DECISIONS REGARDING THE PLACEMENT OF THE PATIO MET MY NEEDS. NO QUESTION ABOUT IT, I WOULD DEFINITELY CALL DEANS CONCRETE SERVICE FOR MY FUTURE NEEDS.

THEY WERE VERY ENTHUSIASTIC ABOUT DOING DECORATIVE WORK, AND SEEM TO HAVE INVESTED RECENTLY IN PERSONNEL WHO SPECIALIZE IN CUSTOM STAMPING TECHNIQUES. THEY MAY HAVE BEEN MORE EXCITED ABOUT THE PROJECT THAN WE WERE (!WHICH WAS CUTE) AND TOOK A VIDEO OF THE PROCESS AND FINAL PRODUCT FOR FUTURE STAFF TRAINING AND CUSTOMER REFERRALS. THEY TOOK GREAT PRIDE IN THIS PRODUCT AND NEIGHBORS HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR A CONTACT NAME. OVERALL, WE ARE QUITE SATISFIED.
