The first crew that came out actually ended up creating three more leaks. They had to send out a second crew to clean that up and they actually took care of all the leaks but they did not tell us about the state of one of the chimneys that they were working around. Because they ignored it I have to re-do the work that they just finished as well as fixing the chimney. They seemed like nice people but they just didn't finish what they said they would finish.

THIS WAS 7 P.M. SAT., MEMORIAL DAY WEEK-END. THE VERY NEXT DAY THE BAD TORNADOES HIT VERY NEAR MY HOUSE. HE WAS SUPER FAST, POLITE, PROFESSIONAL. COMPLETED THE JOB WITHIN 10 MIN. TOLD ME ABOUT A POTENTIAL PROBLEM W/OTHER CORNER OF ROOF. I FELT PRICE WAS REASONABLE & SERVICE EXCELLENT. I WAS REALLY LUCKY!

THE WORK THEY DID IS SHODDY. WE CALLED THEM BACK BECAUSE WE WERE UNHAPPY WITH THE JOB. THEY SAID THAT IF WE GAVE THEM THE REMODELING JOB THAT WE WERE CONSIDERING THAT THEY WOULD KNOCK $500 OFF OF THAT JOB. THEY MADE APPOINTMENTS ON TWO OCCASIONS TO COME GIVE US ESTIMATES AND BOTH TIMES THEY WERE A NO CALL NO SHOW. I HAD TO CALL THEM TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED. I WOULD NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
