At the time he performed the original service, I noticed that his wife drove him to my service location, which is my home. After dropping him off, she initially drove away, and then returned and waited in the driveway. After he was here about an hour, he asked if "she could use our restroom". Of course, I consented. Then his wife, plus a young lady about five or six years old (who turned out to be a little rowdy), plus a young man about 18 or 19 years old, all came in my house and stayed inside for the next hour, as he completed the work. Other than the four of them, I was here alone, except for my wife, who was asleep (he arrived around 8:00PM). This made me very uncomfortable. But the important thing is his repair failed after less than ten days, and he has not returned to fix it, and no longer returns my calls or e-mails. After he finally returns to fix the problem I already paid him for (if he does), I will not use him again under any circumstances.
"This company only did a diagnostic on the PC and advised the customer tht the whole wiring mechanics related to the device would need to be replace and this was in late July. Customer contacted us in late October and wanted to purchase the part and have us install for free we declined and now two more months goes by and get a bad review so we reached out to client without any returned calls or emails. Not sure what he is describing with kids and all but we don't bring an entire family on business repairs, and especially to a tranger's home in the middle of the night. We wish him all the best and this was not our work nor none of our doing, this is more than likely a user error."

"We went to this location and the system had multiple anti-virus programs and several programs running at startup. We removed the programs and features not needed and it made the system run more effectively. We didn't have any family issues that made us rush through this hour of work. We don't normally go that far east but during the promotion we honored the protional email and we were very imformative, honest and told the homeowner exactly what the problems were and that she would need to either contact the vendor where she purchased her desktop from or if we had to back up data and reinstall the OS it would be an additional $200.00 which is more than reasonable. If she took it back to vendor from original purchase and they ofered to fix for free underwarranty it is understandable, but should not have resulted in a lower grade based upon not wanting to spend money to fix the issue that was caused by human error and faulty product from vendor. We provide the very best professional service and by far the lowest prices around. We are a Christian based company and do attend Church on Sunday like most Christan based companies, so we worked on her schedule to see her between services. A no win situation because she was unhappy that her year old system hadn't worked right from the beginning and we confirmed her nightmare of it being a hardware as well as a software issue. Windows was not a valid copy and system had several Trojans. We did our job professionally and was honest. Homeowner wasn't accurate on issues relating to needing to be fixed and made it look like we were in a hurry which wasn't an issue. WWe take full responsibility for work completed for the hour which was paid for but will not accept a C grade for homeowner's frustration of buying a bad system. If we built it she wouldn't have had those issues. Finally don't make execuses or white lies stating we had family obligations and did a quick fix. We don't opperate that way.. never have never will because if we did we'd have to change our company name to a local big company chain. one hour diagnosed problem and fixed minor program run time errors... but having a unvalid copy of windows isn't something that be fixed without returning to vendor where you purchased it from and secondly removing viruses from pc. We have no problem in fixing this issues but refered homeowner back to vendor so they can fix their problem in house and save the homeowner money rather than being taken advantage of. If that's worth a C then I'd like to see what that company she bought the system from would recieve for selling her a defective unit and took advantage of her!"
I called the company again and the alternative phone number that they gave me was for a fax machine. I explained this to the person I did get in contact with and he mumbled for a minute and then hung up on me. I tried calling back and had no answer. Very fishy, red flags!
"We went out for the $75.00 for one =hour of service and actually was there an hour and a half. Client refused to pay for additional time. WWe fixed the problem while we were there and advised him of his options. He loved how fast his system was without MacAfee, Norton and the other anti-virus software that Bright House uses. After testing his upload and download speeds and seeing that they were not consistant we advised the client that the problem with his ISP which is Bright house. We can continue to go in corcles and continue to fix the problem short term. The wireless router is a wireless B connection which is not reliable. We advised this client that he would need to contact his Internet service provider and upgrade to atleast a wireless g but wireless N is preferred. This client became very irrate and demanded we fix his internet speeds which we have no control over. We work state wide and he expects something for nothing. Alll of our numbers work and he refused to call his ISP but loved calling us and throw a fit over something we can't change. We could do a remote session and could have continue to go around the same problem but rather than waste his time and ours we advised him again what he needed and He demanded we pay to upgrade his services so he could enjoy his internet again. We never had a bad review and even with this one it is not something any Computer Company can wave a magic wand and fix. He needs to get a better wireless cable modem, and pay for the upgrade and stop trying to get something for nothing and whine when something doesn't go his way. We even offered to sell him an upgraded wireless modem but he wanted it for free. If you service this guy becareful or refuse the tickey because it is definately not worth it... We as business owners have to go through background checks and keep our ratings up to continue to be here, but this client has some disabilities that clouds his ability to make any true decisions on his own. We even went as far as contacting brighthouse and they are waiting for him to call to schedule a service call. Good Luck and God Bless..."
