Colosseum Construction is a full service restoration and general contracting company servicing the Indianapolis Metropolitan Area. We are an IICRC certified company for water and mold remediation. We are a licensed/bonded company with the City of Indianapolis and carry sufficient Liability insurance for any job.

Excellent customer service. I got a new roof, gutters, and siding. They answered all of my questions and went out of their way to make me feel comfortable about the process and status of the work they were doing.

Not very good. 1. I asked that the solid surface walls to go to the ceiling like I had in my other bathrooms, but without informing that was not going to happen, the installation was done. 2. I had to hire an electrician to fix the GFI outlet, 85.00. 3. I will need to bring in a carpenter to replace the baseboards, there are gaps. They already replaced these baseboards 3 times and did not get it right, the cost will be 150.00. 4. Since I did not get the solid surface walls all the way to the ceiling, tile had to be put in, I hate the tile, so I will need to hire someone to come and change the tile. 5. I asked that Moen or Delta faucets be used; I got Delta faucet for the sink, Delta Shower head, but after they had to change the valves I spent over 13,000.00 on the bathroom

"[Member Name Removed]: I know Raymond tries to provide great customer service and I am disappointed that you didn't get in touch with him to come take care of the issues with the baseboard and GFCI and we would have gladly taken care of it for you. I understand your disappointment with the surround but the surround product that was chosen by your wife only came in 5' or 6' sections and would not have been able to go all the way to the ceiling. The tile was picked out by your wife but we are sorry that she doesn't like it now. Again our apologies and please do call us if you have any other problems with what we have completed. We will be more than happy to take care of it for you... ."
