Builder’s service team said a smell was HVAC related. Chris came out and found pretty quickly that it was actually a sewer gas smell. He had the builder rep come out and verify, guided us through next steps, and didn’t even charge for the visit.

He is the lowest in town, price wise, and is so reliable and punctual. He is honest and will tell you like it is. He does not overcharge. He is a religious man and he carries that throughout his life. He is a family man type business and gives you honest work for honest pay.
