DOUG WENT WAY ''ABOVE AND BEYOND'' THE CALL OF DUTY BY DELIVERING THE CASHIERS CHECK TO ME. HE DEFINITELY KEPT MY STRESS LEVEL A LOT LOWER, AND HE DID IT ALL WITH A SMILE ON HIS FACE! I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND DOUG AND HIS TEAM AT CHARTER ONE TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR EXTRA SPECIAL SERVICE.
Description of Work: I NEEDED A CASHIERS CHECK FOR A HOUSE CLOSING THE FOLLOWING DAY, AND I WAS STRANDED WITHOUT A CAR. I CALLED THE BANK TO FIND OUT HOW LATE THEY WERE OPENED, AND DOUG ANSWERED THE CALL. I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION, AND HE TOLD ME NOT TO WORRY ABOUT A THING. HE ASKED FOR THE AMOUNT I NEEDED THE CASHIERS CHECK FOR, AND HE ASKED WHICH OF MY ACCOUNTS I WANTED HIM TO PULL THE MONEY FROM. HE THEN BROUGHT THE COMPLETED CASHIERS CHECK TO MY HOUSE AND LET ME SIGN THE PAPERS THERE SINCE I COULDN'T COME TO HIM. HE PROVIDED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
