General Remodeling
THE PROJECT SHOULD HAVE TAKEN A FEW WEEKS, IN FACT TOOK 6 MONTHS FOR THE COMPANY TO COMPLETE. I WAS VERY UNSATISFIED WITH THE PACE AND THE QUALITY OF WORK AND HAD TO CALL THE COMPANYS OWNER. I MUST ADMIT HE WAS VERY RESPONSIVE IN HANDLING MY COMPLAINT.THE ORIGINAL CONSTRCUTION WORKERS WERE FIRED AND THE SUPERVISOR SOON QUIT ALSO. THEY HAD TO FIND NEW SUBCONTRACTORS WHICH LED TO ADDITIONAL DELAYS. NOT EVERYTHING THAT WAS DONE WAS OF A HIGH QUALITY WORK.SOME OF THE WORK WAS FAR BELOW ACCEPTABLE, BUT WHEN I KNEW THAT I COULD FIX IT MYSELF, I DIDNT WANT TO ARGUE WITH THEM. IT ALSO TOOK SEVERAL WEEKS TO HAUL AWAY THE CONSTRUCTION GARBAGE.
