Sarah lux was chosen by me to help sell my mother home. I was told by her and another person she works with after seeing the home twice and I told her about everything I knew about the property that the house was worth $89k. And Sarah felt very confident and getting close to that asking price. Sarh hadmentioned that she had already gotten an offer for $69k from someone she contacted about dumpsters and that they were out of town for a couple weeks. My mother met up with sarah and signed with her to be our realtor.. iwasn't present to witness what was said but some how she talked my mother down to $69k as the listing price. My mother isn't business savvy and just went with what Sarah had said. I then contacted Sarah to find out why the original asking price was changed. I was told after some due diligence that it wouldn't sell for $89. I only went with her to sell this property because she was confident in getting around 1% of asking price. I then had talked to my mother and had her change the asking price to $79k which was in between what the realtor said. After only a few days on the market she had one offer of $55k and she said it was the best we would get she then told my mother to sign. My mom said she needed to talk to me and then Sarah had said you don't need to talk to me or my mother husband first. That if you don't sign you won't get a better offer and we only had 24 hours to accept or decline never mentioning to my mother a counter offer. Then she she recommended trying a counter to extend the offer. I mentioned I didn't know what a good counter offer would be and we never settled on one. Then my mother was given a counter with price set at $65k which was not told to Sarah by either us. We decided not to sign to see if we could get closer to $70k or $80k. Mainly because it had only been listed 5 days and already had 5 to 10 people check it out in person. I Kew that it would sell for more due to the market and not having many fixer upper flip houses. I knew it would take some leg work on Sarah's part to get it sold but she seemed more interested in selling it within a couple days to make the sale worth it since she wouldn't be making much off of the house. I mentioned to her before she took this opportunity on that we weren't in a rush and were looking for the right person to buy it at the right price. I could have put a sign in the yard and sold it easily for $50k. I had planned to step away and let the realtor take over all business after my mother signed. Since Sarah changed the askin price over night I didn't feel comfortable letting her persuade my mother anymore. Once we got the offer for $70k we were close to ready to sell but I felt we could have waited a little longer and possibly got more but Sarah was being very persuasive and persistent to sell it at that. I talked to my mother and we decided to make a counter offer at $75k. I text Sarah and notified her of this choice and she said she could do that and have it ready for the next day for my mother to sign it. But said the guy was out of town and it may be hard to get it to him to sign. The next day she met up with my mother and and only had the original offer ready with no counter offer and never mentioned it to my mom. Again my mother isn't business savvy and doesn't have a great memory. My mother signed and she said she could fast track everything and have her money quickly. It did go quickly after that but the original buyer had to be switched to a different person I was suspicious that she knew the person purchasing the property due to not giving a counter offer. I felt she may have known this guy and possibly may have been the guy that was out of town for two weeks that she had the $69k selling price before it was listed. The reason for the guy not being able to sign for the property and having to change the buyer to a his business part because he was out of town. She was going for a quick sale and not trying to get the most money for the property. I will not be using this company or their services for my future purchases.

Purchased a home that was owned and listed by Honey Kaur on 8/31/2020. It was flipped by her contracting company, New Royal Construction (she is a listed incorporator of this company). The house was flipped very poorly. From day one, the plumbing did not work and we had to pay about $20K to have the entire sewer system re-done. Now, after being here for 2 months, we are finding out the HVAC was installed incorrectly and we are at risk of the house catching fire unless we replace the furnace. I cannot believe Century 21 Scheetz is willing to employ such an unethical realtor.

She was amazing! Such a sweet woman, and she truly knows her stuff not only from the realty side but the mortgage side as well. Her and her husband went above and beyond to help us sell our home, even painting our basement until 11 pm on a weeknight. She truly has your best interest at heart, and she does not pressure you.

A realtor for this company put in an offer on our house. Strung us along and cost us over a thousand dollars in heating bills and moving expenses to have the property not close because their client was not qualified to buy the house.
They could not return phone calls. When they had something they needed done they were all up your business to have it right away but the realtor could not bother to answer and email or a phone call if it wasn't something they needed.
The deal fell through. I was going to list my greenwood house with another realtor in this office, but not now. If they tolerate an employee that can't return phone calls they won't get my business.

Sarah negotiated with the seller. She called and checked in to make sure how my husband was doing since he was ill. My husband passed during the process and not once did Sarah ever make me feel rushed. She really went above and beyond.

We used this agency because our mortgage company offered an incentive
for using an agent from withing their preferred agents listings. We went
through a couple different ones before We came across BRIAN EADES from
Century 21 Scheetz in Green wood. He services all major areas in and
around Indianapolis. He listened to us a lot and was patient with us and
understanding and did his best to find us a house we were happy with
purchasing. He is a workaholic! many a nights we were emailing or
texting each other about new homes to see, get contract papers together
and what ever comes up when trying to buy a house a few times past
normal business hours. I dont understand when he gets his sleep. Brian is an
awesome real estate agent and I would recommend him to any one buying or
selling a house.
