They were fine and they did good job.  Everything went just fine.  They were efficient and got it done in the time promised.  I had no problem.  I compared the price enough so it was fair price.  They were always on time.  I would use them again if I was doing any more flooring.

Danny helped me find a specialty T-Molding piece I needed to finish a project.  He was very patient and helpful even though it was not a very expensive transaction.  I will say I went to many places and was extremely impressed with his show room, its beautiful and there is a huge selection.  I will be back for my next flooring project.

I recently purchased a new home that had major carpet stains in 2 of the bedrooms. When I went into Carpet One I was greeted promptly and given personalized and professional service. The sales representative went over the different types and styles of carpet. She also went over the warranty and price that went with each. She gave me a sample board of carpet and offered to come out to my house on her day off to take some measurements. The very next day she arrived on time and took measurements and gave me a quote based on the type of carpet I chose. The sales representative called in my order and told me the carpet would arrive in about a week. She then scheduled a date and time to have the carpet installed. Several days later she gave me a follow-up call to let me know the carpet had arrived and asked if the installation date was still good. The installation team arrived at the given time and were  very courteous and outgoing. After removing the old carpet they took time to sweep up debris before putting down the new padding. It only took them a couple of hours to get everything completed. Before the installation team left they picked up all the carpet scraps, swept the floor, and vacuumed the new carpet. My overall experience with Carpet One is good and would recommend them to anyone.

The estimate for the kitchen flooring turned out to be slightly higher than the one that I used.    The estimate that they gave me was high.  It seemed like they were charging me for every little thing and that’s why I didn’t go with them.  They were charging me for moving the appliances in the kitchen.  If one works in the kitchen, they would be moving the stove and the refrigerator.  They wanted to charge $25 each for that.  I have some carpet put in around the sunroom and I asked them if they could cut the carpet.  They wanted to charge me for cutting the carpeting.  They were fairly responsive.  They came in when they were supposed to.  I would not consider them for another quote. 

They had worked for me previously when they installed new flooring in the living and dining rooms. The workman were conversant, but not too conversant. They would ask questions and explain what they wanted to do. I had confidence to go up and ask them "what are you doing?" and they would answer. They worked as a team and it didn't take them any time at all to finish the job. They worked promptly and laid the floor carefully.

There were 2 gentleman in my home replacing the carpet. The next day there were items missing from my home upstairs. I had to file a police report and I contacted the manager who said he "trusted his employees and they have worked in million dollar homes before" and that was his only response. I have proof that they invaded parts of my home where they were not supposed to be working. There were squares of old carpet padding back in my son's room which is in the front of my home, and in my exercise room my iPod was taken and the drawer of a sofa table wasn't closed. There were carpet fibers tracked in other areas.

They were great to work with. They came back to the house for any problems that we had. The work is guaranteed for the life of the floor. When they added the second section of the floor, the seam wasn't sealed properly so you can see it.

I had carpeting replaced on a below grade room and stairway. Since we had had water on the carpet many times, I asked that they come one day to pick up the old and install the next day to give me time if any repair were necessary. They complied and it gave me time to evaluate the floor and do any detailed cleaning around the edge of the floor. The two installers were very nice, professional and careful. When I had questions they gave me detailed answers. Everything went very smoothly.

Kent, Bill, and Eric were really helpful. After we picked our carpet, Eric arranged the installation. The installers were friendly and the carpet looks really nice.

They have fair pricing, quality installation, and excellent customer service.

They gave me an estimate and stayed right on track with it. They waited to lay the carpet until the room was done being painted. It is easy to work with super quality products.

The installers were very, very good. They had just the right stuff. I was allowed to pick what I wanted. The installers were very nice guys.

Tommy came to my home and measured the square footage. He gave me quotes on various options. He let me take samples home to see what would look best in my home. After I placed my order, it came in very quickly. The installation was set up the next week. The workmanship was fantastic! It looks like it came with the house. I couldn't be more pleased.

Choosing the flooring was the first step in my project. Carpet One folks were patient and helpful at that stage. I kept the chosen sample for a few months as I shopped for other items to go with it. Tommy came to the house, discussed the possible ways to install, and gave me the estimate. I really wanted it installed with no seam, but the material had to go through a narrow passage from the kitchen to the entry. There was a risk of it tearing during that process. Eric was my installer. He was candid about issues re: installing over my existing floor without putting down new subfloor, and also about the chances of getting it in without a seam. But he pulled it off and it looks great!

On a Tuesday, the sales person worked to find the carpet I wanted already manufactured. He promised it would be delivered on Friday, that someone would call to schedule installation for either Monday or Tuesday. No one called on Friday. I called Saturday. Scheduling guy not in. I called Monday. Scheduling guy will call back. I called Thursday and asked for the manager. Manager not in. ''Explained'' the situation in no uncertain terms to the sales person (He answered the phone each time I called). Excuses given: Carpet was late arriving; I don't do the scheduling; We are very busy; I'll call you back in an hour. While waiting, I called North Store and asked for the owner of Carpet One. They took my name and number and said he would call back that day. He never did call back. Sales person called back later and said he had pulled two men off of other people's jobs to start mine the next day. Now I feel bad because someone else's job will be delayed! Bad way to run a business.

WE WERE VERY PLEASED WITH THE ENTIRE PROCESS. THE SALESMAN, TOMMY SHARPE, WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE ABOUT HIS PRODUCTS AND THE ENTIRE CYCLE OF ORDERING AND INSTALLING NEW FLOORING. HE (AND THE OWNER ''KENT'') WERE VERY FAIR AND THEY HELPED US GET APPROVAL FOR CHANGING THE TYPE OF CARPET IN OUR MASTER BEDROOM, AFTER OUR ORDER HAD ALREADY BEEN PLACED. THE INSTALLERS DID A VERY GOOD JOB ON THE CARPET AND THE WOOD. WE RECOMMEND CARPET ONE (GREENWOOD) AS A VERY GOOD PLACE TO DO BUSINESS WITH.

THERE WAS A LOT OF DUST DUE TO TAKING UP THE OLD TILE AND WAS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTAIN EXCEPT IN BATHROOMS. LINING UP TILE, CUTTING AND GROUT WERE EXCELLENT. WHEN I WENT TO CLEAN THE TOILET THERE WAS A PIECE OF TILE THAT WAS CHIPPED NEAR THE EDGE OF THE TOILET. KENNY IMMEDIATELY CALLED & SET UP A TIME TO FIX THIS. THERE WERE 3-4 SMALL PROBLEMS THAT INCURRED, AND WERE FIXED PROMPTLY AND ACCURATELY. TOMMY WAS A BIG HELP IN HELPING ME PICK TILE & GROUT COLOR. HE ALSO MADE SURE THAT I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE PRODUCT AND LABOR. KENNY WAS THE INSTALLER AND HE WAS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, VERY ACCURATE, AND POLITE. HE RESPECTED MY HOUSE AND MADE SURE THERE WERE DROP CLOTHS ON MY CARPET WHERE HE HAD TO WALK.

SALES PERSON WAS WILLING TO EDUCATE AND PRESENT ALL PRICE RANGE OF CARPETS WITHOUT BEING PUSHY. THEY LISTENED TO OUR SITUATION AND WENT OUT OF THEIR WAY TO PROVIDE QUICK SERVICE AND QUALITY WORK. SUPERB CUSTOMER SERVICE! I HAVE RETURNED TO THEM FOR ANOTHER FLOOR COVERING SINCE THIS JOB.

OVERALL I HAD A GOOD EXPERIENCE AND I AM PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK, BUT I DO FEEL THE SALES PERSON WAS NOT HONEST WHEN HE TOLD ME THEIR CARPET INSTALLERS WORK FOR THE COMPANY AND THEY DO NOT SUB THE WORK TO ANOTHER COMPANY. WHEN THE MEN SHOWED UP TO INSTALL MY CARPET THEY TOLD ME THEY WERE FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND GAVE ME THEIR CARD IF SOMETHING SHOULD COME UP. ONE OF THE REASONS I HIRED THIS COMPANY WAS TO AVOID SUBS. I JUST FELT LIKE I WAS LIED TO ON THIS, BUT OVERALL I WAS SATISFIED WITH THE WORK.
