Carpet Country

This company was contracted to oversee and install all of our flooring (tile, wood flooring, carpet). I would NOT recommend using Carpet Country to install any flooring as their attention to detail, customer service, and overall installation is poor. I had to have ALL of my wood flooring ripped up and re-installed due to installation mistakes and poor communication. I still have issues with the wood flooring to this day. I also had to have bathroom tile replaced/fixed due to poor installation and poor attention to detail. I was also told by the owner of DICO flooring solutions, who was contracted to install the wood flooring, that he was going to pay for the dumpster he filled up. To this day, he has not paid that and has been unresponsive. Carpet Country did not pay for this as well as they were hired to handle and oversee all flooring installation. I would not use DICO flooring solutions or Carpet Country ever again as I did not feel like a priority. I would look into other flooring companies so you don’t have to deal with the same issues and inconvenience as I had to deal with.

The owner led me through the whole process of selecting the product. The quality, service, responsiveness, and value was unbelievable. I would highly recommend them and I would definitely hire them again.

Woodwork was left mared, parts to furniture lost, closet doors damaged, and other doors would not close properly. Additionally they did not lay out the carpet per the original plan. They pieced an area together they should not have.

EXCELLENT. The entire experience from start to finish was phenomenal. Rob Miller guided us through the entire process and helped us get our project done exactly the way we wanted, on a budget we could afford. I highly recommend this business and we will never use anyone else for flooring!

The quality of the carpet is fine, but the seams were put in locations where they should not have been causing potential for future problems. In every room the woodwork was gouged, and scratched. There was no attempt by the installers to aid in the elimination of these scratches. This was a two day job. After the first day two sets of closet doors were left inoperable, we had to ask for them to be looked at the next morning. A 2" X 1/2" piece of travertine tile was cracked/broken during the installation. The carpet was ordered or shipped in the incorrect size. This was attempted to be corrected by piecing scrap carpet together in a high traffic area. Ultimately another piece of carpet was ordered. A hinge pin from an antique 1880's secretariat was lost during the furniture movement.

Great! Installation was on time and done very professionally! Very happy with the results! Will definitely use them again!

The Carpet Country guys did an excellent job of correcting the flaws in my house so that the floor could be installed correctly. I had new floor installed in several rooms in my house. All of it looks fantastic.  The guys were very professional and cleaned up after their work. I would highly recommend them if you are looking for someone to install new floor.

The entire process went smoothly. The installers did an excellent job, and were quick and efficient.  About 6 hrs from start to finish. I would use them again.

They were on time, professional, and conscientious about their work. We've used them twice this year (we also replaced carpet on the main level of our home) and have absolutely no complaints.

We were extreemly happy with this entire experience.  When we visited their store, they were very patient in showing us many types of flooring we could consider. Then they worked with us to find the best time for its installation.  The installer was very easy to work with and helped us with several extra items that made the installation even better than we had planned. We would highly recommend this firm.

The quote was very reasonable for the job to be done,  The installer came early on the first day of installation and was very thorough in the job performed and cleaned up after the job.  The job was also completed on time. I would highly recommend this business and would definitely use them again.

The store personnel were extremely helpful. We told them what our budget was. They showed us several different options within the budget. They didn’t try to sell us more than what we said we could afford and they were extremely helpful in that way.

We have used them a couple of times. Everyone we dealt with was very nice. The work was done very well. I would use them again. The price was average.

Perfect

They did an outstanding job. The guy was so outstanding. He took a couple of hours just to get my little closet perfect. We had one piece come up and they came back out automatically with no charge and fixed it. On the price, I don’t know if the price was high or low or what but we like what we got. He says we can get cheaper but the workers were outstanding and fabulous. These guys came out and measured everything and we were able to bring samples home. When we went in there, we have a very open concept in this house. I didn’t want to have laminate floor wood color all the way up to the kitchen cabinets but I couldn’t find flooring that really looked good in the kitchen area that was more fancy. I am traditional. They were very up on the latest things that we haven’t seen anywhere else. We were able to bring different things home and they did say that the way it looks in the store is not the way it looks at home and I’ll be darn to say that they were absolutely right. We went darker than what we would have picked and I absolutely love it. The crew that they sent was a fabulous crew. They are just amazing.

Sales staff was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. 
Measuring - Tom came out and did an excellent job measuring.  He knows his stuff for sure.
Installation - The installers did a fabulous job, it took them 3 full days and everything went very well.  I am completely pleased with my experience with Carpet Country.  Support small businesses like these, they worked very hard to get a great price for very nice carpet and you won't be disappointed.

It went smoothly and the Carpet Country was quite responsive to our concerns.  They even took back a few boxes of unused hardwood.  The quality of hardwood installation, by the contractor, was acceptable but not completely free of issues.

They were absolutely wonderful. When they left you couldn't even tell they were here. They cleaned up everything perfectly. The job was meticulous. Both men were very nice and did a great job.

What a great company to work with.  I decided that I wanted hardwood flooring in my dining room and sunroom.  I made a call to Carpet Country and spoke with Tom.  I had done some checking on line and decided exactly what brand of flooring I wanted.  Tom made an appointment to come to my house, brought samples and measured the rooms.  I was very impressed that he arrived exactly on time.  He explained everything to me and was very professional.  He gave me a date that the flooring would be installed, but had to change it because the company that they got the flooring from did not have enough of the same lot number to do both rooms.  Otherwise the flooring would not match.  When the hardwood flooring arrived Tom called and scheduled an appointment for the flooring to be installed.  The insallers were prompt and courteous.  The were very meticulous about checking each board before installing it.  I am so happy with my new flooring and highly recommend Carpet Country and would use them again.

The sales person was helpful and attentive.  It took a little over a week to get the estimate back, which seemed a bit long.  When the company called to tell us that the carpet was in and ready to install we were told that only 3 of the 4 rooms were in.  When the installer got here he had all 4 rooms of carpet, so there was some confusion over that.  2 of the rooms had not been measured correctly, and there was approximately 12 inches of carpet lacking for each one.  This generated a flurry of calls from the sales person who measured the rooms.  He was very apologetic.  More carpet was ordered and brought out to install in about a week.  The installers were polite and seemed quite capable of the job that they did.  The removal of the old carpet in two of the rooms generated a lot of dust, creating a big mess but we had been warned about this by the sales person when he came out to measure.  The carpet in all 4 rooms looks terrific!  We are enjoying it.
Throughout the whole process we were kept in the loop.  Communication was good, customer service likewise was good.  It was a bit of a hassle to have to wait to put the house back together due to waiting on the remainder of the carpet.
