 + -1 moreOn the recommendation of a neighbor, I called Tim Settles and asked if he would be interested in giving me an estimate on some home improvement projects. He said he was interested, showed up at the appointed time and was walked through the proposed projects, and said he'd get an estimate to me soon. That was well over a month ago. This is the second time Tim has promised to send an estimate for prospective work and a second time he has failed to deliver on his promise. Although I hear that his workmanship is good, I unfortunately will never discover if this is so for myself.
