The experience was fantastic. Heather did a wonderful job of listening to what we were looking for and helped us to find the right house for us. She was very patient with us, and made sure to explain the process in detail so we understood everything. She provided us with a website to search houses that met our general criteria, and we were able to choose the houses we wanted to view. After a few rounds of showings, she came up with a few houses that we had not chosen but that she thought we would be interested in. She was right on and we ended up picking one of her picks! She did a great job of listening to both of our wants and found a way to get us everything we wanted in our price range! 
Once we found the house Heather was great with explaining how the negotiating process works. Her communication was great. We were able to get our questions answered very easily and that made the process much less stressful. Everything went very well and we love our new home. We recommend Heather and Burries Realty to everyone we know!

It was an absolutely horrible experience. I feel they misrepresented themselves in a variety of ways. I finally had the Sheetz Groups release us from our contract, which cost $300. Heather has little actual real estate experience. i will not use them again in the future.
