Roofing
He didn't seal the vent system on the roof and when it rained it leaked and caused the drop ceiling to completely collapse due to the weight of the water. I have tried and tried to contact him but he hasn't returned any calls. He did look at it initially and said, "I didn't think it was that bad." He tried to say someone tried to break in through a tiny roof vent, which would be impossible. He would not admit that it was his mistake. The cost of the final job was $1200 but we have only paid him $500.00.
