BOSTON'S DUCT CLEANING

My appliance repair technician referred me to this company after determining that my dryer's heating element failure was likely secondary to a partial obstruction of my dryer vent duct. I was able to book an appointment for the following day, and I could not have been more satisfied with Boston's response time and expertise. The service technician, Tucker, cleaned out the ventilation duct but was concerned that there might also be a problem with the integrity of the ductwork. After going into the crawlspace, he determined that a section of the ductwork had separated. He made the necessary repairs and re-tested the system after the repair, and the dryer appears to be working well. Tucker is a super friendly guy, and he goes the extra distance to make sure that the customer is thoroughly satisfied with the services that were performed. I highly recommend this company.

I have used Boston's Duct Cleaning to clean the dryer vent before, and as usual, I was pleased. Their responsiveness is excellent from the time you schedule an appointment to actually doing the service.

They were going to just clean vent. When they tried, the vent was old plastic, not up to code and they were unable to clean. They replaced vent with code material. Wonderful to work with and reasonable price. Would definitely use again. Tucker was polite, knowledgeable and wonderful to work with!

The guys arrived early and were done in 15 minutes. They replaced the flex hose and outside cage from the vent with one that has easy-to-open latches.

Mr. Boston was punctual and the job was completed without any issues.

Cleaned the dryer vent and repaired the vent piece that was in the dryer. It was a plastic hosing that went from my dryer out through the roof. They put in new metal venting and a new dryer ventilation system in my roof.

It was fine. He arrived earlier than scheduled but that was fine, I just got home and he did say that it would not have been a problem if he had to come back 30 minutes later. He was very fast and efficient. The only thing that surprised me was that he didn't clean the lint filter in the dryer. I've had dryer vents cleaned before and that is where they usually start. I didn't realize it until the next time I did laundry. Perhaps, I was just fortunate the last time!

Punctual, quick and easy....

Our HOA was advised in an electronic email by our Board Secretary, Mike DeChant, that the dryer vent should be cleaned yearly. Being a new resident, I called Boston Duct Cleaning. We arranged an appointment, he showed up early and wanted to know where the duct exited the building. Since I had no idea, called the Board Secretary to find out. He relayed, he had no idea. Advised I had the Duct Cleaning Co here in the lobby, how were we to know how to get to the duct to the outside. He advised he didn't know and he would have to wait till winter, turn his on and see the steam come from the exhaust. Richard of Boston Duct Cleaning Co went looking for access to the roof to locate the master vent. However, the roof access door was padlocked. I was stupefied over his answer! Had Boston blow my dryer vent into the master vent and called it a day. THANKS RICHARD FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING AND ASSISTANCE!!!
