Took my car in before a holiday weekend and Bob tasked me if I needed it that day. i told him it could wait until the following week, but i got a call to pick up the car about two hours later.

We noticed brakde fluid leaking from our 1993 Buick LeSabre around noon. Bob's agreed to check out the problem and had it resolved later that day. He said the brake fluid had been leaking for quite a while. Parking the car on an incline had caused increased loss of fluid resulting in warning lights and alarms. He had the car fixed by 4:00pm. We loved Bob's prompt service.

It went well. We were told that the 2003 Buick needed major brake overhaul by another repair shop. Bob cleaned the brake pads and thought he had solved the problem. The brakes were making a knocking noise. This problem continued and on the second visit, the drums were replaced. The problem seems to have been resolved.

Bob's car is usually our first stop for car service. They diagnosed the electrical problem and fixed it promptly.

He's good and he's reasonable. He's very upfront.

I thought it would cost $900, and it was less than $300 because he's honest and reliable. He does a great job. I'd recommend him to anyone!

HE ALWAYS FIXES ONLY WHAT IS WRONG. HE LET'S US KNOW WHAT IS WRONG AND WHAT DOESN'T NEED TO BE FIXED. EVERYTHING HE HAS DONE FOR US HAS BEEN JUST FINE.
