Purchased refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. I didn't have any problems.They brought the refrigerator and dishwasher and installed it. They took all the boxes with them when they left.

It was pretty straightforward. You go there, buy it and they deliver it. I thought the customer support personw as very nice and talked us through everything that we needed to know about the appliance we bought.
