This company is quick to come and fix your need. They give quality and satisfaction. Everything was cleaned up. I was pleased.

A little slow going to get some of the last items fixed.

Ken was our contractor/contact person. We were very pleased that he started our job on schedule and completed it in a timely manner. His crew was very professional and considerate. Ken showed up numerous times to monitor their work and help out. They were exceptionally neat and took great care to make sure there were no nails left behind. I couldn't believe it, there was literally nothing to pick up after they left, and I am very picky about my yard! I feel that Bee-Lux provides a quality service and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their work.

This was a hail damage claim from storm mid-summer 2007. We checked 2 other contractors including one that was working with the insurance company in the area. Bee Lux's quote was lower and Ken was articulate and personable regarding the work being quoted. They did not even want to see the insurance claim paperwork yet they were able to identify everything the insurance company had on their paperwork to replace or repair. The other contractor wanted to see the paperwork and consequently came in over the insurance company's estimate. I've done enough construction to detect knowledge and experience as opposed to jaw and jack. Ken knew his business and was great to work with. We contracted the job with them and it was completed within 2 weeks. Very simple and easy to achieve good timely results.

Ken Farson, the contractor and worker and overseer, was conscientious of the work his crew did. He was willing to accommodate my concerns of the work done. And he was willing to negotiate a fair price.

The job went extremely well, starting on schedule and finishing on schedule. When the job was done, the debris was completely cleaned up and their was not evidence of having major work completed on the house. We were very pleased.

Ken Thomson was very nice and would listen very closely. Wasn't in a big rush. I liked that. Sometime salesmen want to do all the talking. He listens.

They really are very personable. They take the time to explain every question that you ask and help you to understand the answers. I could always reach them to find out what I needed to know. They were always on time and called way ahead of time if there were to be any changes.

Everything was fine up until this point but now that there has been a leak since December and he keeps promising to fix it but has yet to do anything about it. We set up an appointment once and he called to let me know he would be here the next day then he never showed. He is now not even answering his phone or returning messages left by my realtor or myself. My home was placed on the market on Friday as he was supposed to do the work on Thursday so it currently has a big blue tarp on part of the roof and a for sale sign out front.

They are local, so they will be around for 5 years. He really knows his business and is great to deal with. Our roof had apparently been done wrong originally, and he fixed it. They were very thorough and corrected a host of other people's mistakes. They cleaned up the mess, and what I really liked was that the salesman actually got up on the roof during the process to make sure it was being done right.
