BARRICK HEATING & A/C

I have used Barrick Heating & Air Conditioning a number of times for both my home and rental property. He is always helpful in solving my HVAC problems.

They were just very dependable. It's a small business. He was very low-key. He didn't seem like he's pushy or anything like that. I highly recommend him and they definitely want feedback after he's done. I would definitely use them in the future.

Quit working at 3 am ,,called matt first thing in the morning, told him the sound it was making and he knew right off what it was.. Gave him the model # for part.. He showed up early , very professional, quick, and he cleaned up when he was done... Very fair on price..

Matt was wonderful and very helpful.  He was efficient and professional.  This was my first home purchase by myself, and he explained everything to me.  I will use him every year to clean my furnace and any other time my furnace or AC needs serviced.

I’ve used him for the last 3 years.  He is good at what he does.  I was using a different company who said my furnace had gone out, and they told me I needed a new one for $2200.  Matt put in a new one for $1100.  The year before that, the same company had tried to tell me that my A/C needed a new motor, which I could not afford, and Matt was able to start it for under $100.  The most recent service call was just a couple of days ago for $66, where he restarted my A/C.  He also explained that I should cover the top of A/C to protect it from the weather in the winter.  He is on-time, and he stays to answer questions.

We had prior good experience with Matt Barrick. A couple years ago another provider had told us parts were no longer available for our electric furnace and it would cost about $2200 to find a small enough unit for replacement. When we called Matt, he had the parts on his truck and said they were still available! $230.00 for that job. This time, we put in a call at 7 am when our A/C konked out. Being a one-man operation, he takes calls at his home on ans. machine. At 8:20 he called back. Said that he could be there by 11. At 10:30 he arrived, quickly determined it was the capacitor, and was finished at 11:15. Parts on truck AGAIN. We had to leave for an out-of-town gathering at noon, but we would not have had any qualms about leaving him here to finish the job if necessary. He is honest, trust-worthy, and economical.

He is a one-man shop. He is very timely and shows up when he is supposed to.

WHEN I COULDN`T GET OFF WORK, HE`D COME OVER ON A SATURDAY AND EVEN WHEN OUR COMPRESSOR WENT OUT HE CAME OVER ON A SATURDAY.
