THIS COMPANY HAS A LONG AND FAVORABLE HISTORY IN INDIANAPOLIS BUT APPARENTLY LITTLE OR NO PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH ANGIE'S LIST CUSTOMERS. OUR CONDOMINIUM ASSOCIATION SOLICITED BIDS FOR THE REROOFING OF THESE UNITS DIRECTLY FROM 13 COMPANIES. B & B ROOFING WAS BOTH THE MOST COOPERATIVE BIDDER AND THE LOWEST-PRICED BIDDER. DID EXCELLENT PRIOR WORK AT OUR CONDOMINIUM AS A SUBCONTRACTOR. AN EXCELLENT WORK CREW LED BY MR. HERASTO GALARZA WAS ON SITE AT 8:00 A.M. EVERY RAIN-FREE WORK DAY AND WORKED HARD AND CHEERFULLY THROUGHOUT THE DAY (EXCEPT DURING THEIR BRIEF LUNCH BREAK). THE WORK WAS PERFORMED QUICKLY AND IN A HIGHLY PROFESSIONAL MANNER, AND ALL DEBRIS WAS PROMPTLY CLEANED UP AND REMOVED. MR. GALARZA WAS VERY POLITE, PROFESSIONAL, AND RESPONSIVE IN DEALING WITH INDIVIDUAL UNIT OWNERS' REQUESTS. I WOULD VERY STRONGLY RECOMMEND B & B ROOFING TO ANY ANGIE'S LIST MEMBER.
