The initial technician explained the causes of the problems I was having with my 16 year-old system. I was given options for a new system. The installation was done very professionally. I’m very happy with the job that was done.

It went real well. They info they provided was wonderful and the workers were good. They came in and got it done. We were going through a lot of bags of salt, but the new water softener they put in, uses much less. When we buy salt, they will put it in 5 gallon buckets to make it easier to carry. Our glasses look cleaner and we don't have the residue build up around the faucets anymore.

It went very well. The people that come to the house and do the actual service at your home are very nice.They come when they say they are going to come and they are very helpful. The one thing I do find a little confusing about working with this company is they have a lot of different phone numbers and I can never tell who I'm talking to, whether I'm talking to their main office or the call center. I don't find that experience as positive as the actual people who come to the house to do the work. The people that come to the house are great.

It was great. They did a great job. It was scheduled. They showed up on time. The person who did the installation was really knowledgeable. He answered all my questions. He explained exactly how it works because I'm not used to having hard water. This was kind of new to me. So, he explained that and then with the water filtration how he was doing install with all the different pieces were, and so he installed the water filtration faucet at the sink and then also did the connection with the refrigerator.

They did really well. I'm not sure if the price was the right price. I think it was somewhere in the ballpark, I'm not certain. The guy was very, very nice and he said to call him anytime if I have a problem, but I don't know if he'll be there. This guy was selling me a warranty.

It was good.

We moved from Lexington, KY and knew little about hard water.  We went to the office close to their closing time. But they took time for us and explained over an hour and answered to all of our questions.  No pressure talk and it was very pleasant.  Later we set a date for an installation but had to reschedule for move in date got changed but rescheduling was easy and they showed up as they promised.  Everything went well.  After a month later, we had a water leak from underneath of a fridge.  We called them, they came and found some issue that was due to an installation.  Of course, it was no charge.  Apparently, previous home owner also had a system from Aqua System.  We are very happy we got our water softener system from them.

The installation went smoothly.  Full removal of old refrigerator tap in was not able to be accomplished since pipe was crimped and not enough play in the pipes to cut in a new section, but it was inspected and double capped to prevent leakage.  Instructions related to upkeep where clear and concise.   Kept everything clean and picked up after himself.
 Longer term assessment of equipment durability cannot be done at this time but unit has a 7 year warranty.
