Description of Work: I was promised a closing date again and again, only to have that date changed the day before closing at 7 pm at night. I was never given straight answers when I contacted my loan officer..paperwork would come missing, and I would have to resubmit things. I could go on and on ..very unprofessional..over promise and under deliver!!

 + -1 moreEverything went well for the first couple of weeks of compiling the information required for the refinancing. Then when we were at the point of scheduling the closing, the mortgage company sent us a form to sign stating that we would be obligated to pay them 3% of the mortgage! There had been no mention of this before and they couldn't explain why it was required and why they waited until the last minute to spring that on us. We told them that we would not go any further with the process if that was required. We have never heard from them again.
