"We make every effort to close loans as quickly as possible when requested which sometimes create a last minute documentation requirement that can't be avoided when required by underwriting. Our underwriter does not always receive complete documentation that will necessitate follow up documents. However, we go above and beyond working past 5 pm on the weekdays as well as the weekend to accomplish closings for our valued clients. We appreciate your feedback and your business."
