Patrick was great. The nest was 15 feet or more above my pool deck. He arrived on time, did the job while answering all my questions. He then took the basketball size nest with him. Very professional and friendly.

I have been using this company for many years with different rental companies in which I manage. The owner and staff have always been very professional, quick to respond and resolve all pest issues that I have had. They take pride in their work and go above and beyond to educate both the property manager and the tenants. All inspections and treatments are scheduled in a timely fashion. They are very organized and highly trained. Always looking for ways to make things better. I would recommend their services and will continue myself to use them for many more years to come.

He was very prompt in setting up the initial visit and scheduled the treatment at a time convenient for us.  The technician arrived right on time.   Everything went well that day.  When we thought the bugs had returned, Patrick came right out to check and found no insects.  Everything looks great so far.  I would recommend him to anyone.

I was living in an infested apartment and unfortunately I had some stow-a-ways when I left.  Patrick and his crew gave me a very affordable price (This process is very expensive and they were the cheapest!), they came in, completely rid of my house of those horrid things and I've been bug free for months. They even did some follow ups which was really appreciated because I was completely paranoid through the entire process.
They not only rid me of my bugs but made me feel a lot better about the entire situation and took care of it right away.  I hope I never have to use them again, but if I do, I know who to call.. Even if it isn't bed bugs again. I will call them for anything bug related. Good guys!

I spent about $150 on the work. They are friendly. They do follow up and everything is okay after the service. I also get a call every year for the spring and before the winter which is pretty good.
