Andrea Hutson

Andrea is amazing to work with always keeping her clients best interests in mind.  She was able to keep us well informed and protected throughout the process joining our meeting with the builder and walk throughs.  We had a set timeline that was behind due to the builder so evevrything else had to be in line in order for us to keep our rate lock.  Andrea made sure that everything and everyone was properly setup for day of closing which happened to be the day our rate lock expired.  There is no doubt that having Andrea in our corner was integral to a successful building project.  I would encourage everyone to make sure to have a licensed realtor/broker behind them when considering building a home, you will be glad to have someone on your side!!!  Also, little known fact, the builder always pays realtors for helping clients build with them :-)

Working with Andrea has been fantastic. We know the difference from having a good realtor and a not so good one as our experience in purchasing our first home was less than stellar.  I always warn people that I am a very straight/blunt person who does not hold back and Andrea was able to handle me with great ease and provide an excellent experience with great results.  I will say other than attitude, work ethic, and great communication - a key differentiator between an ok realtor and a great realtor is knowledge from time in the business and a extremely wide and deep network that is very important, especially when getting into bidding wars or researching empty homes on the market.  Andrea is great and surrounds herself with only the best, you will not be disappointed. We plan to use Andrea in the Spring time to list our home she sold us in 2008 and help us work with a new home builder (yes having a realtor with new home builders is a great idea).

Andrea is very professional, prompt and agressive when the need presents itself.
