HE WAS VERY HONEST IN WHAT WORK HAD TO BE DONE. HE WAS PROMPT. HE CALLED TO LET THEM KNOW THEY WERE COMING. HE DIDNT SMOKE OR GIVE HIM A HARD TIME. THEY DIDNT MIND HIM WATCHING HOW IT WAS DONE.

THEY DID A GOOD JOB. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT. THERE WERE SOME UNFORSEEN PROBLEMS WITH THE HUMIDIFIER AND THEY REALLY STAYED ON TOP OF THE PROBLEM. VERY IMPRESSIVE. THE OWNER DOES A LOT OF THE WORK HIMSELF. HE WAS VERY APOLOGETIC WITH THE HUMIDIFIER. HE WAS NEVER TRYING TO SELL ME A NEW FURNACE. HE SIMPLY GAVE THE OPTIONS AND LET ME DECIDE.
