Acme Waterproofing

It did not go well. The sump pump does not appear to be working. There is no visible sound at all. It never clicks on. The area in question that was supposed to be waterproofed has water in it. There is a "plastic barrier" around the bottom of the floor that is not attached to the wall and looks very odd. I asked him if he was going to remove it and he said it was supposed to be there. There is no reason for it to be there and it is bogus according to another service provider. I have tried to reach him over and over again and have left messages. He either does not reply or promises to come out and does not show up.

He was scheduled to start on the 14th, but the weather was really bad, so we rescheduled for the following Monday. I had to call him about the rescheduling, and he seemed shocked that it hadn't been done yet. He rescheduled again, but never showed up. I have called half a dozen times and always get voice mail.

They were punctual, kept to their schedule, provided us with before and after photos of the job site, and cleaned up the area afterwards.

The crew was extremely professional and on time. The original quote was for a couple of days of work; however, there was an additional crack in a floor joist that came up during the project. It took one day longer than expected to complete the project, along with more supplies. I was pleased to find out that I was not charged for the additional supplies or labor for this unexpected work. They performed above and beyond what I expected and I would happily recommend their services.

IT WENT AWFUL. THEY DID NOT DELIVER THE SERVICES PROMISED. I HAD TO HAVE OTHER WATERPROFING COMPANIES COME IN AND WILL PROBABLY HAVE TO REDO THE WHOLE JOB. HE DID AN INPROPER JOB THAT MADE THE PROBLEM WORSE. I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO GET AHOLD OF HIM AND HE WILL NOT RETURN MY CALLS.
