Lawn Tool Repair
A TRACTOR WAS PURCHASED AS A GIFT FOR ME IN THIS STORE. SOON AFTER RECEIVING THE TRACTOR, I BEGAN HAVING TROUBLE STARTING IT. THE TRACTOR IS UNDER WARRANTY FOR TWO YEARS, SO I BROUGHT IT BACK TO THE STORE FOR THE REPAIR. THE GENTLEMAN I SPOKE WITH CONFIRMED THE TRACTOR WAS UNDER WARRANTY AND "THERE WOULD BE NO CHARGE." AFTER A LONG DELAY, I CALLED AND THEY SAID THE DELAY WAS TO BE EXPECTED. THE NEXT DAY I GOT A PHONE CALL FROM THE STORE SAYING THE TRACTOR WAS FIXED AND THE CHARGE WOULD BE $88.18. AFTER DISCUSSING THE WARRANTY, HE AGREED TO REDUCE THE BILL BY $30 AND I RELUCTANTLY PAID IT. SINCE THEN, THE TRACTOR HAS BEEN USED TWICE, AND I STILL HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM. I WANT MY $58.18 BACK AND I WILL BRING IT TO ANOTHER PLACE TO BE REPAIRED. I CANNOT DEAL WITH THIS STORE ANY LONGER, BECAUSE THEY DO NOT RETURN PHONE CALLS OR SEND LETTERS AS PROMISED.
