Pat Angerer and his men arrived punctually and were very careful to not cause a mess during the demolition part of the remodel. They always cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day of work and left the area clean. They explained what they were doing and asked for my preferences as they progressed with the work. The tub had a mechanical defect and although Pat was only obligated to install the tub, he contacted the seller and followed his advice to try to repair the problem. In total it took 2shipped replacement parts, because the first replacement part was also defective. Pat spent at least 10 hours on trying to resolve the problem without charging me for any of that time. The next time I need any remodeling work done, I will certainly use Angerer Construction again and I will recommend the company to anyone without reservations,

- he gave us an estimate for the work
- we negotiated a rate
- he did the work on time and on budget
- he cleaned up after himself
- he was very professional.

I called Pat after for work from an inspection report. Pat was quick to come out and assess the problem. We are very pleased with his work.

We have used Abstact Enterprises for a big bathroom remodel and some smaller jobs in the past when Todd owned the business. Todd sold the business to his number one guy Pat recently. As long as Pat or Todd are running the busines we will not use anyone else. They are very detail-oriented and careful and neat. They are very customer-focused and are not satisfied until we are satisfied. Dealing with them is always hassle-free. Their prices are competitive. Oh, and the kitchen looks great!

In June my basement was flooded. Their services were to attempt to correct this problem so it wouldn't happen again. They dug an underground trench and put in a drain on two downspouts in the back of my porch. They established an underground drain into a major drain. They also opened up a drain on the downspout, and installed an open drain in the yard that goes into the main drain. Also, they installed a new garage service door where the water was leaking. They checked the drains in the window wells that I had and also installed covers on these window wells, so hopefully that would fix the problem. They were very professional, punctual, and consistently worked on the project until they got it done. Some of the digging was done in 95 degree temperature, but they stuck right to the job. They cleaned up after the project was done. Also, they installed two stair railings on my porch and cleaned out another drain not relevant to the flooding problem. The price was reasonable as well. I highly recommend this company for any home repair/construction work. I will certainly use them again if their services are needed.

Weather prohibited work some days. The crew exhibited good teamwork, were professional, and kept us apprised of their progress and informed us of additional work as needed. The finished job looks great. We are quite happy with the results.

I had another company come out and clean out the drain. Todd had to rip out the water logged drywall and installed new drywall and made all repairs through the home in the damaged section. I knew this job was going to be complex. Todd worked well with the insurance company, he gave an initial bid, he broke down cost and then he took on the unusual project of installing travertine stone. His company did the entire project and got it back together within a few weeks. They were always on time and worked hard. They all were very polite and nice, when we needed to adjust for more expense on something that was not in the bid, we were able to work together nicely.

TODD TOOK THE TIME TO COME OUT TWICE BEFORE STARTING THE WORK, ONCE FOR A QUICK LOOK AT THE JOB AND TO GIVE A ROUGH ESTIMATE, AND THEN A SECOND TIME TO GIVE CREATIVE REPAIR IDEAS. HE WAS VERY POLITE, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL, AND RESPONSIBLE. I LET HIM HAVE THE KEYS TO MY HOUSE WHILE @ WORK, AND THE ONLY CLUE THAT HE HAD BEEN THERE IS THAT THE WORK WAS DONE. HE LEFT A VERY CLEAN WORKSPACE POST-PROJECT. EXTREMELY HAPPY W/RESULTS AND WOULD/WILL HIRE AGAIN FOR FUTURE PROJECTS.
