Arrived in a timely fashion to check do an assessment and was pleasant.  He examined the dishwasher and could not definitively determine exactly what was the problem, but felt it must be the starting or timing mechanism.  When examining the appliance he broke on of the two knobs on the front of the dishwasher, but assured us that he would replace that knob when the part came in for the other repair.  The broken knob was used to start the dishwasher and the second kno adjusted the temperature of the wash.  As it did not need to be adjusted on a daily basis it was easy for him to move the unbroken knob to work in place of the intact one.

Appointments were missed the first couple of times and they would call at the end of the appointment window in order to reschedule. Once they showed up, service was completed. No issues since repair was completed.

It is fine, it's really good.

I paid the $74 for the deal and purchased the parts ahead of time; I wasn’t expecting to pay extra money when he came out, but he did a nice job.  Punctuality was a problem but they were nice people and I got along with them alright.  I didn’t like that I wasn’t told I would be charged more money until he got done with the job, though he told me that it was still cheaper than what someone else would have charged—but I would have liked to know that ahead of time so we could have maybe negotiated the price.

I'm very happy to have finally found our "go-to" appliance repairman. Very professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. Our dryer wasn't working right. We found we had a very bad lint situation and they cleaned it out the same day for a second-story vent. I used them again to fix our broken ice maker. Overall, I am very pleased.

He was late about 45 minutes to arrive, he was nice but did not fix the problem and charged a lot to clean the dishwasher and did not fix the problem!

Our regular company couldn't come out for a month, but we called them and they came out the same day to repair the problem.

Never returned to fix ice dispenser. After several unreturned calls, finally said he couldn't get the part. Refrigerator is only 3 years old, so should be able to get parts.

We called a few repairmen the evening before Thanksgiving because our refrigerator and freezer had stopped cooling. He was the only one who took the call. I don't blame the others, but we greatly appreciate him coming out to take a look at things. While waiting on him we tried a few different things that actually seemed to get the appliance working again. However, when he showed up he explained what the problem might be, and that it was likely to happen again. He made sure I was aware that if it happened the next day (Thanksgiving) that he would come out and take another look. Great attitude despite the time of day and year.
