I liked nothing about them. They did a lousy job. They ruined my house. I had $13,000.00 worth of repair work that I had to have done when they walked away. They left my house a mess. It was a very bad experience. I would never recommend them, and never hire them again. They hired a sub-contracting team which were all foreign. They ran out of daylight while doing the job. I had questioned them before they started, and asked if they would be able to take the roof off and put the new one on before it got dark. They shingled over my furnace vent. My furnace was venting into my attic. They did the job at the end of August, and I discovered that I had a major water problem in February because of the condensation. We had some pretty cold weather between the time the furnace was turned on and I discovered it. There was already $13,000.00 worth of damage done. It ruined the decking and broke through the ceiling. I had to have ceilings replaced in two rooms and it dripped down on my carpet. They refused to accept responsibility. When I called the 2x4 people out to my house, they first off blew me off. When they sent the guy out for the attic, he was shocked. They had to pull out all of the insulation and re-insulate. They tried to tell me that 15 years ago when they reinsulated, they blew into the sophets. I am a widow, and even I know it doesn't take 15 years for the perfect storm to happen. They sent the sub-contractor out the next day, but he couldn't speak very good english. He was very honest and drew a picture for me. He went up there and cut the shingle out and put the furnace vent back on, it solved the problem but not the water damage. I had to have mold cleaned up. I developed asthma while living in the mold and waiting for them to come and fix the problem. The insurance company wouldn't pay to have it fixed because it was a bad job, and they don't cover bad jobs. I wouldn't recommend them to anybody.
Description of Work: I had my roof replaced by 2x4 Construction after a hail storm. They tore everything down and put a complete new roof on.
