Did in 2020 right before covid did good job fixed complete panel, smoke alarms. 2 outlets. About 3600.00

Needed to replace 45 year old bath fan. Due to way fan originally installed Randy had a difficult problem to remove old fan and install new unit but was able to solve problem and get new fan installed and working correctly. This was second time I have used Randy and would highly recommend his services.

Randy and his grandson were very friendly and professional. The cost was made clear up front and they solved the problem quickly. I would definitely call them again!

I placed a service request on Angi late Monday afternoon. Very shortly after, I had a call from Randy setting up a time for Tuesday morning to stop by, look at the problem, and give me an estimate. He called Tuesday morning about 45 minutes before our scheduled time and wondered if he could come a little early. When he arrived, he had his teenage grandson Dylan with him, teaching him the family business. They were both courteous and respectful. I was impressed with how Randy spoke with and treated Dylan. I got the estimate, accepted it, and they performed the work immediately. I was very satisfied with the solution that Randy came up with for the issue, and very grateful that he had the time and materials to take care of it right away. I will definitely use Glory Electric again if needed, and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

Randy came once to give us a quote. Very polite and considerate. Listened to what we wanted and gave a detailed quote. The work was outside and he recommended we wait after we had our new Hardie Board installed. We had him return about 3 weeks later. Once again, on time, considerate of our property, and ready to work! We made an alteration to our original quoted job and he adjusted the price fairly and was up front. He verified everything he did with us to make sure it was what we wanted. Overall, Randy did an excellent job and we would 100% hire him again and recommend him!

When I tried to contact him originally I used the ph number off this website. That number is no longer good. I googled his website and got a better number. When I called he asked me how I got his number I said the internet. The way he asked seemed really strange to me this was not a "how were you referred to me" type question. I let him know Angie's list ph number was outdated (btw its still not updated months later). We had four old baseboard heaters that we wanted removed. He only removed 3 of them and forgot the fourth. Did not realize until after he left. He could not figure out the short but still wanted to charge us the full amount. I protested he knocked off $30. So I landed up paying $300 to have 3 baseboard heaters removed. I understand you have to pay someone for their time even if problem is not necessarily resolved but at most he was there maybe 2 hours and did not offer on his own to knock down the price any. I do not know much about electrical work or pricing but overall impression of him was not good. If you want to get an electrician with poor attention to detail this is your guy.

Excellent. Arrived on time, was professional, diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it on the spot. The problem was a strange one, but ended up taking less time than expected, so Randy charged a lower than quoted price. Awesome service with integrity.

Randy Summers was our electrician, and he did an excellent job throughout. His work was done well, quickly, and he cleaned the areas in which he worked.

Randy gave an estimate one day after I called and completed the work two days later. It took three hours and called for some unusual ingenuity. Charges were as estimated and fairly reasonable.
