Ron was very professional, punctual, and courteous!
He inspected the home from top to bottom, took multiple pictures, took the time to explain his findings with me in real time. The home is bank-owned so it had been winterized and had no propane tank so the plumbing, heating, and water heater could not be inspected during the first inspection. I received the very detailed inspection report via email the next day. The speed with which I received the report was fantastic, and receiving the info via email was very convenient for me.
Once the bank and I were under contract, the bank had the home prepared for the second inspection (plumbing, heating, and water heater). Despite the short notice and being very busy, Ron was very accommodating. The second inspection went off without a hitch. Ron again took multiple pictures and explained his findings with me. Again, I received the inspection report very swiftly via email.
I would recommend Ron Weston to anyone needing a thorough home inspection!
