They came out the day after I called, on time, quickly diagnosed the issue, and had it fixed within 30 min. of arrival. Very professional and clearly knew what they were doing.

Roof is not fixed, still leaking. Provider returned one phone call and left voicemail. Customer still attempting to make contact with provider, with no success.
