A & H Tree Service

Initial meeting was great. Price was great.  Had service also contact the neighbors because price was excellent.
We agreed to remove stumps trim set number of trees and haul away an old wood pile.
Half the job was completed in a timely fashion.  The wood pile was not removed and half of the pine tree lower areas were trimmed and half were not.  Stumps were removed.  Instead of returning to finishe the job the next day - the owner tells my husband he will be back in a week but needs payment because one of the employees is in a financial bind and in trouble. 
Against my wishes, my husband paid - and had the owner write on the ticket what tasks still need complete.
Guess what...  It is now May 2014 (6months later) and no phone calls are ever returned ... so we started texting and letting him know we are filing at small claims court.  He responds with a phone call and leaves a message that we are "on the radar", just give him 2 or 3 days.... Its now been another month plus.  So, as I indicated with him, I'm going to file small claims for $1100 for half the work that wasn't completed.
I would not recommend Adams Tree Services.
