The job went very well. They showed up on time, they were very professional and left the area clean and neat. They even resealed an area on one window that was not in the original quote.

Window and Door Services was contracted to install a replacement sliding door and replacement windows that we had purchased from a window and door sales company. We can't say enough good things about Mike and his crew who did the installation. We were extremely impressed with their skill and professionalism. The end result not only looked fantastic, but we're confident in the solidness and insulation value that comes from them knowing so well all the pieces of the installation process. Because this is an older house, there were windows where it was a tight fit to get the replacement in, but Mike and his crew did a stellar job of working with even those difficult ones. In addition, they were very considerate of protecting our property, both inside and out, and they cleaned up so well after their work that no one would even have known they had been here. We'd definitely recommend Window and Door Services.

Window and Door Services replaced all of the windows in our house and two entry doors on the back of the house. They first came out and measured all the old windows and doors for quotation purposes. They discussed the overall project and how they would proceed with the installation if they received the job. Mike, the owner, was very professional and straight forward about all aspects of the job, explaining everything that would take place from start to finish. After we contracted him to do the work, he came out and remeasured to make sure all of the measurements were correct and go over all the details so that no mistakes would be made. He kept us informed as to when the window delivery would be made and the day that he would start the job. The whole installation took five days to complete. Mike and his assistant were on time every morning at 8:00 AM sharp and worked continuously all day, usually until 5:00 or 6:00 PM. They were very careful to lay down drop clothes on the inside of our home and always cleaned up so that you could not even tell that they were there at the end of the day. The installation went very smooth and they didn't run into any problems. I watched as they installed several of the windows and the doors, both men know their job very well and are very professional at all times. The attention to detail was superb and all of the windows and doors preform very well and look great! I would not hesitate to use Windows and Door Services in the future and will recommend them to anybody that is interested in window or door installation.

It was excellent. I would give them straight A's. I was very happy with the windows during the cold, they're acting the way they should act. I had a problem with one and it was zero outside, and noticed a crack. I called the owner and he immediately ordered a new one and told me he would replace it as soon as it comes in. Just this last week he came over and installed it and made sure I didn't have any other problems. It was free of charge and told me to let him know if there was ever a problem. Some window people charge you for the labor, so I was pleased that he did not charge me.

It went beautifully and quickly. They showed up on time and were very professional. I am always very pleased with them, they are so easy to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. And I will use them again anytime i have window and/or door problems.

I got in contact with the contractor through a window installer that does work for the company I am employed at. Mike called me back and set up an appointment at my house. He arrived on time with an associate and I told him I wanted to replace the windows in my sixty year-old house. A few days later he sent me a catalog of Pella windows, marked the page showing me the type of windows I needed, and the total cost of installing the windows with aluminum trim. He also came by and showed me an example of the window. About a week later I called him and OK'd the installation and told him I also wanted storm doors with screens installed. He sent me another catalog of Sugarcreek Industries storm doors. I picked out the two that I wanted, called him, and he sent me a contract for the total installation. I called him again to OK the installation and we set up a time on my next day off for him to take measurements. He and his associate showed up on time and took measurements, and told me it would take approximately three to four weeks for the windows to arrive. Three weeks later Mike called to let me know that the windows had arrived, and we set up an installation date on my next days off. My wife and I rearranged the furniture for easy access to the windows. It took Mike and his associate two days to install the windows and storm doors and they look great! Mike was very experienced and professional.
