Wonderful, Shannon was great when scheduling appointment. Called this morning and they were here at 2:30. Called ahead as requested and issue was fixed within 30 minutes! Will definitely use again should the need arise. Great company!

I first called at 8am with no water at all. no idea what it could be as i'm new to well water. they gave me an initial idea of what the problem/my cost might be and within 3 hours the technicians were here. 45 minutes later they were gone and my water was running great again. In particular, Mark and Honch are great employees. They got here and got to work, diagnosing the problem and fixing it in great time. They?re friendly and helpful and gave me some information about the repair and my setup in general. Those guys are excellent and I was happy they came out. Good group of guys there.

Called them in an afternoon and they came the following day.  They pulled the well pump and found a broken connection in the 29 year old pump.  Replaced the pump and flushed the lines. 

We built the house and but did not have any records about the well.  We asked the office manager if they had any information and she offered to fire up their 25 year old computer to find info but couldn't find any so she went to the State of Indiana's data base and found our records and sent them to us.  This was going above and beyond!

The service was great!  They were prompt. I recommend them.

They put in a new part that had broken over time, and everything is working fine now.

I woke up one morning and had no water. I immediately called the builder who was going to build my new house and he recommended Wallace. He even called Wallace for me. Wallace was out at my house 2 hours later. The crew was very nice and made sure that it wasn't just a faulty switch at my pressure tank before assuming the pump was bad. They were done in about 2 hours and did a great job. I'm definitely going to use Wallace to put my well in at the new house when it's built!

Owner of the company was prompt and very knowledgeable. He was very thorough in his inspection and stated that the well was working in it's current condition but should be relocated to provide better flow and easier access. Price given for well replacement was very competitive.

The men were very knowledgeable; I trusted their advice. I didn't feel like they were pressuring me or giving me bad information just to get a better sale. Either way, the work would have done fine. They were professional. They were on time. They were efficient. I was very pleased.

CHUCK WALLACE AND HIS TEAM WERE EXCELLENT IN ALL RESPECTS. THEY FIXED OUR WELL AFTER ANOTHER PLUMBING CONTRACTOR FAILED. ALWAYS HIRE A WELL CONTRACTOR WHEN WORK NEEDS TO BE DONE ON A WELL. WALLACE GETS THE JOB DONE, THEY KNOW WHAT NEEDS TO BE DONE.
