Called Wahl's early the morning I discovered water leaking from one of my hot water heaters. Jeff arrived an hour later and assessed the situation. He proved estimates for simply replacing the water heater as well as converting to a tankless system. He spoke with me at length about the tankless system and provided an estimate for that as well. Based on his recommendations, we opted to replace both our 75 gallon gas water heaters with a tankless system. Wahl's arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. They detected a problem within the plumbing in our master shower that was interfering with hot water going to other bathrooms. It took them sefveral hours to figure it out, but I was not charged for this. They were able to fix the problems without having to tear out any drywall or tile. We are very pleased with the new tankless system and with Wahl Custom Plumbing as well.

They have probably literally done 8 different service calls for me. They are honest. I was told by another company that I would need to get some things done, but Schroeoring told me that I didn't need them. They were too right. I prefer someone I know I can trust. They have always been fair on pricing. They have always been responsive. On some of the deals I have had them do, it's been rushed jobs. They have never left me hanging if I needed them right away. Compared to other people I have dealt with, they are really good.

The plumber took the old heater (carried it upstairs) for no cost, and also fixed a few other plumbing issues I had that needed to be repaired at no additional cost. He was fair on price, in line with others I had worked with in the past. I received a call while he and his guys were working and had to leave. I felt I could trust him even though I didn't know him, so I asked that he let himself out. He was very respectful and when I returned home everything was cleaner than it was when I left. They let themselves out and gained my trust leaving everything as he found it. I would definitely use this company again.
