I noticed a puddle of water under our fridge to find that our fridge was moving air, but not cold air. I did some troubleshooting on my own and after not being able to diagnose/fix the issue, I called a few different appliance repair companies in the morning;all of the companies were busy and not able to get to us until the following day. On one of those calls, Terry let me know that he had a full day, but would try to get to me first thing in the a.m. the following morning. Terry called me back that same afternoon and said that he could get us taken care of this same day - which was great as I did not want to waste food.
I was very happy that Terry made time to get to our issue. He arrived in the time frame to which he said. He quickly diagnosed a bad circuit board and even showed me the area of concern so that I could confirm the problem. He supplied us with a replacement part so we could be up-and-running, immediately. Great job!

I called Terry in the afternoon, and he was at my house with the part to repair my washer by early evening. I was very impressed with is responsiveness and would definitely use him again for appliance repair.

He was prompt and professional.

I called him today, and he came today. I would say from the time of his arrival to his departure was only a about 30 minutes. He cleaned up his mess and returned my laundry room to exactly the way he found it. He was very professional.

Ordered part quickly and came on time to replace the boot. During the fixing process he dropped heavy things on my laminate flooring. He was quite messy in that he left dirty marks all over the machine and on the floor, and he also left the old boot and box for me to dispose of. One thing I was upset with is that he never told me that he would charge for both labor and trip time. His work is fine, but the serviceman is messy. I should have asked about everything he would charge me for and not presume anything.

He was quick and efficient, and very friendly.
