What went bad was their repair after the storm. It took to long for them to order and replace a window. It took about two months. They claimed that there was nothing they could do about it, they were waiting for the truck. I could have drove there myself in the time it took them to get it. I will use them again because I have no choice, they are the only place that has the kind of windows I need. Our insurance covered the cost.
