Took car for estimate and returned next day to begin repairs.  Was told it would be about a week, but also told that this vehicle's parts were difficult to obtain.  Had planned a trip to Pennsylvania but ended up not being able to go because car wasn't finished until about 2-1/2 weeks later.  I wasn't kept updated as well as I would have expected since the repair took so long.  However, the repair job was excellent and have had no problems since.  They worked well with the insurance company.

These folks know body work, how to build loyalty, and customer service!  I'd challenge anyone to figure out where I've had repairs performed on my ride.  The bodywork is so well done!  The last job was a chip in the middle of the door.  Good luck determining which one it was.  My car looks great!
When in for two of the repairs, Rusty Low's has performed touch-up work that was not requested, or the repair was in addition to a claim, and they didn't charge me and wouldn't even accept extra money for their efforts.  Maybe that's because they've learned that I'm in their shop every 18 months!  : )  The one time, I mentioned nothing about a major marring I caused to the bumper in dragging a heavy truck rim from my trunk, and they took it upon themselves to repair this damage.
Always professional!  I highly reccomend Rusty Low's!  Nothing bad to say about these folks!

Rusty's provided a timely and fair estimate.  They were ready to perform the work as scheduled.  The work itself ti exactly as long as they estimated.  The work quality was exceptional and actually ended up $60 below estimate.  I have used them multiple times in the past and will not hesitate to use them again in the future.
