We had a couple of followups or some stuff that didn't get done quite right so we contacted them and they fixed them with no charge. Their response was very fast. I will definitely use them again. Ended up using existing fixture, existing bulb and dimmer I already purchased so original quote needs to be updated.

Matt was referred to me by a friend who described him as very friendly and professional.  She was correct. 
Matt came out to discuss the lighting additions and changes I was thinking about for my kitchen.  He was very helpful, offering suggestions, but not being at all pushy.  I never felt that he was trying to up-sell me.  I told him that I would contact him once I'd purchased the lighting to be installed.
My only disappointment was that although Matt did show up to inspect the work done by his assistants, he was unable to be there at the outset.  I had some questions that the assistants seemed reluctant or unable to answer.  I suggested that we call Matt for answers.  This prompted one of the men to answer my questions and I was satisfied with the answers I received.  FYI: This is a very minor issue in the grand scheme of things, and I don't mean to suggest that it was of any real significance.
The work was done quickly and well.  Matt did show up to inspect the job and we discussed changing the lighting in my laundry room.  Although he made it clear to me that he would be happy to do the work, he pointed out that I might not be happy with what I was thinking about doing.  I was very thankful for his input.  One of the reasons I hire a professional is for his experience and expertise. 
I would absolutely hire Pristine Electric again.  Matt is great and I'm very happy with the work performed.

I am an email guy - thus I like it when I can deal through email much better than the phone. Pristine Electric was on it - we exchanged several emails - including pictures of the lights so that we didn't waste any time nor have a miscommunication. Matt came out on the time and date that I requested to troubleshoot the problem AND he fixed it - he's the man - he is fair on price and a hard worker who knows his stuff.

Their service is perfect.  I would definitely recommend them.  The people in the company knows what they were doing, and they got everything done in less than an hour.

I deal with many contractors and he by far is the most professional both technically and how he conduct his business.

Matt was very courteous, professional and knowledgeable.   He was willing to work with our suggestions while providing his guidance on best practice approaches.   Matt and his helper were thorough and efficient.  He takes a lot of pride in his work and it shows in the finished product.  It is a very clean looking installation.  We would recommend him to others.  We will use him in the future if the need arises.

I had some "fizzle" coming out of a circuit breaker box for the house.  Matt was very professional and took care of it and also installed a couple of GFI's for me.  I would definitely use him again.  Very professional.

They were punctual and professional. They put booties on so that my floors wouldn?t get dirty. They were efficient about not to take extra time and waste more money. They quoted $470 and the final price was about $400. The quality of their work was good. Their responsiveness, punctuality and professionalism were all very good. They did a really nice job. I would use their services in the future too.

Excellet quality work. We still cannot see any evidence to indicate he had to drill underground beneath our patio concrete. Very polite individual.

Pristine Electric had me give a thorough description of the work I wanted to have done and gave me an estimate over the phone which was very close to the final number. The gentlemen who did the work was on time, showed up with the fixtures required, did the work quickly, and cleaned up the three work areas afterward. The final bill was sent to me the next day via email and it detailed the work that was done and the final cost. I was very pleased with the final results and would definitely use them again.

Pristine's first time to our home. This job would have taken me half the day, but Matt had it wrapped up in one hour. He treated us and our home with respect and was very professional in all aspects of the job. He was tolerant of other workers adding traffic (they were supposed to be finished days ahead of this) and kept his part of the job neat, clean, and fast. When finished, I asked him to quote several other projects before he left and he is scheduled to return in a few days to complete them as well. I'm looking for contractors who could work for Mike Holmes... and I've found my electrician!

First visit was for estimate only. Came back to complete work the following week. Very self-sufficient, no problems. Very nice guys, both estimater/owner(?) and two electricians that did the work.

They did a good job and he was really good. I got several bids and I liked his the best. I liked his presentation and he looked at a couple of things that the other guys didn't, so that kind of helped the price come down because I didn't have to do all the things I thought I did. The other people didn't look at it that way which meant more money for them. I was really happy with everything. He had two guys with him some of the time and they were really good and polite. They cleaned their mess up. They were good on the price. He was a master electrician. There were a couple of problems at the beginning because a couple of people quit on him so there was a little problem with getting started, but once he got started it was done good. He had a new guy with him and it worked out really well. They knew their jobs and I have another thing that I want them to do next year.
