They came they very next day, saw what the problem was and fixed it promptly. Their prices are reasonable.

No call back after years as a customer.

We used this company on a friend's recommendation for several years. They are terrible about returning phone calls (usually it would take me two to three calls over two to three weeks. When I did talk to them, it was because I got lucky and they answered, certainly not because Joyce ever returned my call.) When they arrived to do the open or close or whatever work it was that they were supposed to do, they almost always had to return because they failed to complete the entire job. The most recent example is failing to remove the diving board which is part of the closing at our pool every year. Gary, one of their technicians, was terrible about communicating with us. He has since been fired. Once the work was finally done, we always paid on time and in full. This year, when we called to schedule our opening (I called once on April 1, then again on April 15, and then my husband called on April 17 and they answered), we were told that they were purging their client lists of people with whom Joyce, the receptionist, didn't like working. Evidently she was upset that she had to answer the phone about their non-removal of the diving board. It was a break we were happy to make, but it would have been nice had they decided to let us know about this prior to April 17. If anyone knows of a professional company that is willing to be paid well and on time for the work they promise to do (in sum, the opposite of this company), feel free to make a recommendation. Chris and Dave are knowledgeable. It's too bad. They have our sincere condolences - doesn't seem like a great business decision in this economy. Who would want to hire this company?

We brought in our old motor and explained that is was working, but really loud. They took it apart right there and had the new one ready for us later the same day.

Price is per week. They opened the pool in the spring, took care of it weekly and closed it up in the fall. They are very good.

Last year we had this company close our pool. In the process they broke an item, which they replaced. They opened the pool for us last week. We are missing the cover for our skimmer basket, and two rubber protection guards for our pool ladder. When I called to ask about these items I was first put on hold for 5 minutes. When someone finally answered I was informed that the crew who did the work would have had no reason to take these items with them. I told her that I was not insinuations that the items were stolen, simply misplaced, and that I would like to be able to find them. She told me she would check with the crew. The lack of professionalism on the part of the company bothers me, and I think their crew are careless.

They were pleasant enough on the phone when I scheduled the opening. However, I later had concerns about an item they replaced. When I asked questions, they became very defensive and unprofessional. Their reaction made me wonder if they were covering their mistake by insinuating that I was an idiot.

GREAT JOB. THEY CLEANED UP EVERYTHING.

WHEN WE MADE OUR INITIAL CALL TO THIS COMPANY THEY WERE HELPFUL AND INFORMATIVE. THEY PROMISED TO COME OUT WITH A NEW COVER AND PUMP AND CLOSE OUR POOL ON THE MORNING OF 10/6. THEY PROMISED TO CALL US ON 10/5 TO CONFIRM. THEY NEVER CALLED. MY HUSBAND CALLED THEM THE MORNING OF 10/6. THEY ACTED AS IF THEY REMEMBERED TALKING TO US BUT HAD NOTHING SAYING THEY WERE TO CLOSE OUR POOL ON 10/6. THEY AGREED TO COME OUT THAT AFTERNOON TO CLOSE THE POOL SO MY HUSBAND HAD TO TAKE MORE TIME OFF FROM WORK TO MEET WITH THEM AND THEN HAD TO RETURN TO WORK BEFORE THE JOB WAS COMPLETED. THEY BROUGHT US A PUMP TO PUMP WATER OFF THE COVER BUT DID NOT PUT IT IN FOR US. OUR POOL IS NEW AND WE ARE LOOKING FOR A GOOD POOL SERVICE TO OPEN, CLOSE, AND PROVIDE MAINTENANCE. WE'RE NOT SURE WHETHER WE'LL USE THEM AGAIN. IT DEPENDS ON HOW THE POOL FUNCTIONS IN THE SPRING, AFTER BEING CLOSED BY THEM.

THEY WERE FANTASTIC, INCLUDING THEIR CLEAN UP! THEY CAME THE VERY NEXT WEEK AFTER INITIAL CALL IN THE MIDDLE OF THE SUMMER! HE CAME OUT AND WAS HERE FOR 4 HOURS TO HELP US OUT TO SEE WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE POOL. THEY DUG IT UP AND WERE ABLE TO GET IN THERE AND REPAIR THE LEAK. THEY REALLY WENT OUT OF THERE WAY WITH ODDS AND ENDS TO HELP US KEEP EVERYTHING IN GREAT ORDER. THEY WERE SO REFRESHING TO HAVE AROUND AND VERY POLITE!

WE HAVE BEEN USING POOLCARE FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS. THEY ARE ALWAYS RELIABLE. THEY HAVE OPENED FOR US TWICE, AND CLOSED ONCE. THEY HAVE ALSO INSTALLED A POOL HEATER WHICH WE PURCHASED THROUGH THEM. THEY ARE ALWAYS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL IN THE STORE.

THEY ALSO OPEN AND CLOSE OUR POOL. THEY ARE VERY CONSISTENT AND GOOD, WE NEVER HAVE A PROBLEM WITH THE POOL. THEY DO A GOOD JOB WITH OPENING AND CLOSING, THEY CLEAN UP NICELY.
